Welcome to Target TN Group 4. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Target TN Group 4 website, mock tests, practice questions, question banks, subscriptions and other educational services.
By creating an account, purchasing a service or using the platform, you agree to these Terms.
1. About the Platform
Target TN Group 4 is an independent educational and exam-practice platform intended to assist candidates preparing for the Tamil Nadu Public Service Commission (TNPSC) Group IV examination.
The platform may provide services including:
- Full-length mock tests (200Q Blueprint simulations)
- Topic-wise practice tests & question banks
- Real-time performance analysis, test scores and percentiles
- Mistake-review features and bookmarking tools
- Other continuous exam-preparation tools
2. No Affiliation with TNPSC (Disclaimer)
Target TN Group 4 is an independent educational platform and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by or officially associated with the Tamil Nadu Public Service Commission (TNPSC) or the Government of Tamil Nadu.
References to TNPSC, Group IV, examination patterns, syllabus or similar terms are used solely to identify the examination for which educational and practice materials are provided. For official notifications, examination dates, eligibility conditions, syllabus changes and recruitment information, users should refer to official TNPSC communications at tnpsc.gov.in.
3. Educational Purpose
All questions, explanations, mock tests, scores, rankings and other content available through the platform are provided for educational and practice purposes. While reasonable efforts may be made to maintain accuracy and relevance, Target TN Group 4 does not guarantee that:
- Questions appearing on the platform will appear in the actual TNPSC examination;
- Mock-test difficulty will exactly match the actual examination;
- All content will always be free from errors; or
- Use of the platform will result in selection, employment, a particular rank or examination success.
4. User Accounts
Users may be required to create an account to access certain services. Users agree to provide accurate information and are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials. Accounts are intended for personal use unless expressly stated otherwise.
Users must not sell, rent, transfer or share paid accounts or login credentials with unauthorised persons. We reserve the right to restrict or suspend accounts where we reasonably believe that account sharing, fraud, misuse or unauthorised activity has occurred.
5. Paid Services and Subscriptions
Certain tests, packages, subscriptions or other features may require payment. The applicable price, duration and included features will be displayed before purchase. Users should review the relevant package details before completing payment. Access to paid services will ordinarily be activated after successful confirmation of payment.
6. Payments
Payments may be processed using authorised third-party payment gateway providers. Target TN Group 4 is not responsible for temporary failures caused solely by banks, UPI services, card networks or third-party payment systems. If money is deducted but access is not activated, users should contact our support team with the relevant transaction details. Eligible refunds will be handled according to our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
7. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, the original content made available through Target TN Group 4, including original mock tests, question compilations, explanations, website content, graphics, branding and platform features, is owned by or licensed to Target TN Group 4. Users receive a limited right to access such content for their personal educational use.
- Users must not copy or reproduce substantial portions of paid content;
- Users must not sell or commercially redistribute our materials;
- Users must not systematically scrape, download or extract platform content.
8. Acceptable Use
Users must not use the platform to:
- Attempt unauthorised access to accounts, admin panels or databases;
- Introduce malicious software, scrapers, bots or exploit scripts;
- Manipulate exam timers, questions, mock scores or rankings;
- Engage in fraudulent payment or chargeback activity;
- Harass other aspirants, educators or support staff;
- Violate applicable cyber and intellectual property laws of India.
We may suspend or terminate access for serious or repeated violations.
9. Content Updates
TNPSC syllabus, examination patterns, rules and recruitment procedures may change. We may modify, add, replace or remove questions, tests, explanations, features and other educational content to improve the service or reflect updated information. Users should independently verify important examination information through official TNPSC notifications.
10. Service Availability
We aim to provide reliable access to the platform but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Temporary interruptions may occur due to maintenance, updates, internet problems, hosting issues, payment-provider problems, security incidents or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Target TN Group 4 will not be responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising solely from reliance on educational content, examination outcomes, temporary service interruptions or circumstances outside our reasonable control. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable Indian law.
12. Suspension or Termination
We may suspend or terminate an account where there is reasonable evidence of fraud, unauthorised account sharing, misuse, security threats, intellectual-property infringement or material violation of these Terms.
13. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms periodically. Updated Terms will be published on the website with the revised “Last Updated” date. Continued use of the platform after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms to the extent permitted by law.
14. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to applicable consumer-protection laws and any mandatory jurisdiction requirements, disputes relating to these Terms or the platform shall be subject to the jurisdiction of competent courts having jurisdiction in India.
